Why hunger matters?
Everyone deserves access to sufficient healthy food daily so that they can live, work, learn and thrive. Hunger and malnutrition mean less productive individuals, who are more prone to disease and thus often
unable to earn more and improve their livelihoods.
Singapore ranks the 26th most income disparate, making us the second most income unequal country in Asia Over 105,000 families live in poverty. This translates to about one in 10 families or 378,000 people.
